Returns
All returns will be coordinated and executed through email and phone. This includes refunds where applicable. No system actions need to be done.
Refunds
We will happily exchange or refund money where the product is defective or not of merchantable quality, subject to the exclusion under 'shipping' above. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and sometimes because of legal restrictions on movement and other factors beyond our control.
Depending on the distance and remoteness of the location where the order is to be shipped. The Delivery times will vary between 3 and 9 days from
